As our product is packaged at the time of manufacturer. You may experience a "fresh foam/new car smell" odor. It is not harmful and should dissipate after several days once unpacked and aired out.

Adjustable Bases: 10-year warranty (metal Frame/motor)
Mattress Toppers: 5 Years
Pillows: 5 Years

Majority of MLILY’s Mattresses, Pillow and Topper covers are all machine washable. Covers have been manufactured for longevity, and can be easily removed via our zip on/off covers.

We recommend turning your mattress every three months to maintain optimum spring and foam shape, after the first year, rotate once every six months. This will allow the mattress to adjust to your body weight.

MLILY’s proprietary Non-temperature sensitive AirFoam™ is unique in how it maintains the same consistency and support all year round.
AirFoam™ is also resistant to heat build-up and provides a lower surface temperature of your mattress.

The gel particles in various forms work by drawing away heat from the body. Our foam products are designed with an open cell structure that allow for increased air flow through the mattress by drawing heat away from the sleeping surface. Allowing air to move through the mattress/pillow to the body without meeting a concentrated heat source.
